SSAMCH conducted a Free Eye check-up Camp in association with Sankara Eye Hospital, Pammal on 27th and 28th of November 2019 and free spectacles were given to the patients.

On the occasion of World Piles day, SSAMCH in association with Himalaya drug company conduced a special medical camp at our hospital on 20/11/19 and general awareness were given to the patients.
National Ayurveda day’ 19
Padmashree Dr. K .M .Cherian, Renowned Cardiac Surgeon, Chief Guest of the Event, Dr. Hemantha Kumar HOD,National Institute of Ayurveda, Guest of Honor, Dr. Vanitha Muralikumar, Director Medical Research and Thiru. Sathish Kumar CBO, blessed the occasion and made the National Ayurveda Day celebrations a grand success.
Eminent Ayurvedic scholars Dr. Shareena and Dr. Varalakshmi were awarded for Excellence. Winners of the Seminar were given awards by the dignitaries.
National Ayurveda day – Seminar & Herbal Expo
As a part of National Ayurveda Day celebrations, SSAMC conducted forenoon session on 09/11/19 with a seminar consisting of Paper and Poster presentations by Ayurveda students and a Guest Lecture by Dr. Hemantha Kumar HOD Shalya Tantra National Institute of Ayurveda.
The session also included a Herbal Expo as well as display of instruments used in Pancakarma and Shalya Tantra.
Dhanwantari Jayanthi
On the occasion of Dhanwantari Jayanthi and National Ayurveda day a Special Homam was performed on 25/10/19 at SSAMCH.
World Osteoporosis Day
On the occasion of World Osteoporosis day, SSAMCH in association with the Rotary Club Tambaram conducted a special medical camp and tested Bone mineral density and other lab tests on 22.10.19.
Rotary president Thiru.V S Kumaran and Ms. Yoko Miyamoto, Member Indo-Japanese cultural Association participated in the program.
SSAMC internees presented papers in National Seminar at Tenkasi conducted by All India Ayurveda Congress and AMOAT. Dr. Renita bagged 1st prize and Dr. Nancy won the 2nd prize.
19th Induction Day
SSAMC conducted 19th induction day on 16/10/2019 chief guest Dr. Radhika ( HOD, Anna hospital ) Dr. Ramadas ( principal SJS Ayurveda college ) attend as guest of honors and Dr. Vanitha Muralikumar ( Director of sai ram Ayurveda college) and
Dr. Ramakrishnamacharya ( Principal SSAMC) were addressed the gathering. Dr. Vanitha Muralikumar (Ex president- CCIM) adviced the students to become a good Ayurveda doctor and service the society . Dr. Aleem senior professor gave vote of thanks.
19th Induction Day
