Sip Warm, Stay Healthy

This simple Ayurvedic ritual helps:

  • Flush out toxins (Ama)
  • Kickstart digestion & metabolism
  • Improve circulation & gut health
  • Keep you light, fresh, and energized all day

Mindful Eating: An Ayurvedic Habit

Mindful eating means paying full attention to your food — its taste, texture, and aroma — with complete awareness.

Unlike strict diets, it focuses on the process, not just outcomes:

  • Savor every bite
  • Eat in moderation
  • Make natural, healthier choices
  • Improve eating behaviors (helpful for diabetes too)

The goal isn’t just weight loss — it’s building sustainable, healthy eating habits that nourish both body and mind.

Go Natural with Ubtan

Ditch the harsh soaps — switch to an Ubtan, a traditional Ayurvedic herbal scrub made with besan, turmeric, sandalwood, and milk.

Benefits:

  • Detoxifies & nourishes skin
  • Maintains natural pH balance
  • Softens & brightens complexion
  • Leaves no chemical residue

Massage gently, rinse off, and embrace glowing, healthy skin — the Ayurvedic way.

Start Your Day with Oil Pulling

Before breakfast, practice Gandusha (Oil Pulling) by swishing sesame or coconut oil in your mouth for 5–10 minutes.

Benefits:

  • Strengthens gums
  • Brightens teeth
  • Reduces oral bacteria
  • Draws out toxins
  • Refreshes the mind

The Healing Touch of Abhyanga

Daily self-massage with warm herbal oil, known as Abhyanga, is more than relaxation — it’s nourishment for body and mind.
