Geetha, Women Scientist (KIRAN IPR) and Deputy Director of the Centre for Intellectual Property Rights, along with Associate Professor in the Department of IST, Anna University, presented on “Patents and Innovation Strategies in Healthcare Technology,” highlighting the crucial role of intellectual property in driving innovation in healthcare. The event took place at the Sairam Incubation Centre from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The program aimed to inspire and educate participants about the significance of entrepreneurship and innovation in today’s dynamic world. The resource person for the event was Mr. Muthuvel Arumugam, a Senior R&D Executive at the Sri Sairam Techno Incubator Foundation, Sri Sairam Institutions, Chennai. With his expertise, Mr. Arumugam delivered an insightful session, offering valuable guidance on fostering entrepreneurial mindsets and innovative approaches among students and budding entrepreneurs.
