Sri Sairam Ayurveda medical college and research centre conducted an event for Distribution of Ayu Raksha kit as an Initiative of Ministry of Ayush on Feb 8th 2022. The event was graced by Dr.Ilavarasan Assistant director, Captain Srinivasa Murthy Research Institute and Drug development, CCRAS and Dr.Maheshwar , Assistant Director,ALRARI, CCRAS , Chennai. Around 12000 kits were Distributed to Staff and Students of Sri Sairam group of Institutions.

Sri Sairam Ayurveda 3rd Year Students Prasanna nathan and Naveen kumar got First Prize in Quiz Competition held at National Seminar Trivandrum on 12.12.2019
On the occasion of World Aids day 1st December 2019 SSAMCH conducted Awareness Rally in Naduveerapattu and Aids Awareness pamphlets were distributed to the public
SSAMC internees presented papers in National Seminar at Tenkasi conducted by All India Ayurveda Congress and AMOAT. Dr. Renita bagged 1st prize and Dr. Nancy won the 2nd prize.
Sri Sairam Ayurveda college students have bagged prizes in National Seminar NASYA at Chennai
SSAMCH conducted a Free Eye check-up Camp in association with Sankara Eye Hospital, Pammal on 27th and 28th of November 2019 and free spectacles were given to the patients.

The architecturally designed buildings and the surroundings offer a cool, green, pleasant and eco-friendly atmosphere which stimulates positive learning. It provides a lively environment which helps in healthy interaction among the students.

Students can access the internet (24 x 7) by either wired or wireless.
Students can use the wired network by plugging the network cable in the network wall outlet.
Student can connect to the wireless network by selecting the network named sairam boys hostel or sairam girls hostel and use the WPA security key provided to students.

Ayurvedha medical college library is spread about 5000 square ft with centralized AC and virtual library accommodating about 25 computers with high speed broad band connection. There are more than 10,000 books including Ayurvedha and modern medicine books. In our library we have 15 journals including national and international journals and magazines.
