That is the purpose of establishing Sri Sairam Ayurveda Medical College and Research Centre to protect the Indian System of Medicine and develop it globally. Since our inception in 2001, Our College has fulfilled the accepted norms of CCIM. Today ours is one of foremost colleges in Tamilnadu, with strong links to academia, Clinical Training and the Research. It has top rate study, social and sporting facilities. Keeping in view the global corporate challenges, Our College provides the students a nurturing environment, the right atmosphere to build their talents so as to improve their clinical skills, communication skills and become a self confident Ayurvedic Doctors when they leave the Institution.

About Us

Sri Sairam Ayurveda Medical College and Research Centre, Chennai, was established in the year 2001 by the late Thiru MJF. Ln. Leo Muthu, Founder Chairman of the Sapthagiri Educational Trust, which is a non-profitable and non-minority institution. It is affiliated with The TN Dr. MGR Medical University and approved by the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM), Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India. The college is located at Sairam Campus, Sai Leo Nagar, Poonthandalam, West Tambaram, the gateway to Chennai, in a sprawling campus of 300 acres.

The institution is ISO 9001:2015 certified, and it holds an ” A” grade from the NABET, Quality Council of India (QCI) & NCISM Ranking for the year 2024-2025. The 60 bedded hospital attached with the college is accredited by NABH. Nadee Pariksha- Rhythm of Human Consciousness

Workshop on Nadee Pariksha- Rhythm of Human Consciousness was organised by Sri Sairam Ayurveda Medical College. Dr.Veeracholan, Medical Officer, Greater Chennai Corporation inaugurated the workshop with his graceful speech. Dr.Seema, Professor from Sri Sri Ayurveda College took up the session and training along with Mr.Vinith from Nadi Tarangini . Students were electrified by learning this technique and technology.

Principal, Director and all staff were present. Class toppers at University level Exams were awarded cash prizes during the induction function.
