31st May 2024, Sri Sairam Ayurveda Medical College and Research Centre’s Institutional Innovation Council hosted an Intra-Institutional Business Plan Competition. Students presented their innovative business ideas, showcasing their entrepreneurial skills and creativity. The event was judged by Dr. R.S. Anantharajan, Assistant Professor, Mr. Dinesh Kanaa, Assistant Professor, and Dr. S. Sankar, Professor, all from Sri Sairam Institute of Management Studies. This competition provided a valuable opportunity for students to receive expert feedback and recognition, encouraging the development of viable business ventures. Prizes were awarded to the 1st and 2nd place winners, recognizing their exceptional contributions.
30th May 2024, Sri Sairam Ayurveda Medical College and Research Centre’s Institutional Innovation Council hosted a Demo Day. Students presented their innovative ideas through product exhibits and poster presentations. The event was judged by Dr. Ravi Nargis, M.D. (Ayu), Medical Superintendent at IMPCOPS, Chennai, and Dr. Adilinemacriga from Sri Sairam Engineering College. Dr. C.R. Rene Robin, Dean of Innovation at Sri Sairam Institutions, was the chief guest. The platform allowed students to showcase their creativity and receive valuable feedback from esteemed judges, highlighting their potential for future entrepreneurial endeavors. Prizes were awarded to the top three presentations, recognizing and encouraging the students’ innovative efforts.
On 28th May 2024, Sri Sairam Ayurveda Medical College and Research Centre’s Institutional Innovation Council hosted a workshop on the Business Model Canvas, conducted by Mr. Jayandan S A, Senior R&D Executive at Sri Sairam Techno Incubator Foundation. The workshop aimed to equip participants with practical tools and techniques for developing and visualizing effective business models, essential for the success of startups. Attendees gained valuable insights into structuring their business ideas, identifying key components, and strategizing for sustainable growth.
