As part of the one-year anniversary celebration of the Bharat Scouts and Guides, Sri Sairam Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital conducted a Health Awareness Camp in association with the Bharat Scouts and Guides, Sairam District Association, Tamil Nadu.

The camp was organized on Tuesday, 22nd April 2025, at Manimangalam Village, aiming to spread awareness on holistic health practices and preventive care. On April 16th, 2025, the Dravyaguna Department of Sri Sairam Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital visited the State Forest Research Institute and State Forest Genetic Resources Tree Park, Chennai.

Students gained hands-on experience in identifying medicinal plants and understanding forest ecosystems—deepening their connection with the roots of Ayurvedic knowledge. A perfect blend of nature, learning, and tradition!

On April 11th, 2025, students of the 2022–2023 batch from Sri Sairam Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital visited the Sewage Treatment Plant near Koyambedu. Organized by the Department of SwasthaVritta, the visit provided hands-on exposure to wastewater management and its crucial role in public health. National Education Day Celebrations on 07-04-2025

On 7th April 2025, as part of the National Education Day celebrations, the Institutional Innovation Council of Sri Sairam Ayurveda Medical College and Research Centre organized a guest lecture on “Nanotechnology in Regenerative Medicine” by Prof. Inas Kamal Battisha from the Department of Solid State Physics, Physics Research Institute, National Research Center, Egypt. Prof. Battisha shared valuable insights into the interdisciplinary applications of nanotechnology in regenerative medicine, emphasizing its transformative potential in modern healthcare and its possible integration with traditional Ayurvedic practices. The session enriched the academic environment and encouraged innovative thinking among students and faculty.

Visit from University of Nottingham Malaysia – Collaborative Prospects Explored on 03-04-2025

We were honored to host Mrs. Eeish, Head of the Research and Knowledge Exchange Hub at the University of Nottingham Malaysia, at Sri Sai Ram Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital.

Medical Camp at Pazhanthandalam on 29-03-2025
