Sri Sairam Ayurveda Medical College & Research Centre organised an Institution Innovation Council (IIC) activity as part of the 3rd Quarterly Calendar Activity for 2025–2026 on the topic “Prototype / Process Design and Development Workshop” on 13th October 2026 (Tuesday), from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Sairam Incubation Centre Seminar Hall.

The workshop featured Mr. Dhanush Moorthy R, Junior R&D Engineer, Sri Sairam Techno Incubator Foundation, as the resource person. The session focused on the fundamentals of prototype development, process design, and the systematic transformation of innovative ideas into practical models.

The programme aimed to familiarise students and faculty members with the stages involved in prototype creation, design thinking, process improvement, and the development of functional solutions. It encouraged participants to explore practical approaches to innovation and understand the importance of prototyping in research, product development, and entrepreneurship.
